When the lead VM was away during sale season, the below rack completely fell apart. I had no replacement bars in the back to rebuild the design!

Knowing that our inventory showed an abundance of Spring/Summer sweaters, I decided to rework the wall completely, using only half-pieces and shelves that we had leftover.

We ended up selling 6 more of these sweaters in 1 weekend than we had the prior 2 weeks!
